Kyle Rittenhouse is a free man. Acquitted on all accounts by a jury of his peers.

To this I say Amen and Amen!

The right for all Americans to defend ourselves was on trial in Kenosha, Wisconsin. We still have that second amendment constitutional right. For now!

What’s next for Kyle Rittenhouse?

Does he attempt to live a normal life? Continue with college courses on line or altogether move to another state and attempt to start anew?

Regardless of what the young man chooses to do, there are copious factors involved in his decision.

Please allow me to offer my two cents on one option that he does have. Sue the living hell out of the left wing wokesters who have defamed and lied about him!

I wrote a column earlier this year comparing Rittenhouse to Nick Sandmann. He was the kid from Kentucky’s Covington Catholic High School who was defamed by the left wing hordes and the Democratic Party machine. Many who falsely claimed Sandmann was agitating an American Indian during a March For Life rally in Washington, DC.

It wasn’t true and the video proved it.

It turns out that Sandmann’s only crime was committed in the kangaroo woke court. He donned a red MAGA hat! Not only is this an atrocity to the progressives, but it is outright heresy to the woke cult members of the left. This behavior will cause anyone to be cast into outer darkness where there is “weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Sandmann notably sued several media outlets for the outright falsity and deceitfulness that they had portrayed over the air waves.

This led to Sandmann settling with CNN, the WAPO, and NBC-Universal for an undisclosed amount of money. He had initially sued CNN for $275 million and the WAPO for $250 million. Given these points, it is reasonable to believe that Nick Sandmann is a wealthy young man.

Sandmann has ongoing litigation with at least 5 other media outlets.

Lessons Not Learned

In the aftermath of the Rittenhouse case it has become evident that the DNC friendly main stream media have learned nothing. In fact, many have doubled and tripled down on their fabrications . The woke mob were relentless in their phony coverage of this case. To be sure, it truly is no wonder why these outlets have been labeled as “fake news.”

The defamation isn’t just isolated to leftist media sycophants. Political BLM operatives are also guilty. Prior to the trial on Aug 26, 2020, Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass. tweeted:

“A 17 year old white supremacist domestic terrorist drove across state lines, armed with an AR 15. He shot and killed 2 people who had assembled to affirm the value, dignity, and worth of Black lives. Fix your damn headlines”

The only fact in Pressley’s statement was that Rittenhouse was 17 years old at the time. A logical and honest response to the congresswoman is “Fix your damn lies.”

Following the trial, MSNBC’s Tiffany Cross called Rittenhouse a “little murderous white supremacist.” In fact, Rittenhouse was not convicted of murder and there hasn’t been a shred of evidence proving he is a “white supremacist.” It wasn’t even brought up by the dreadful and pathetic prosecution during the case.

Which brings me to my next point. There were no persons of color involved in the Rittenhouse case. Everyone in question were as white as Casper the friendly Ghost.

Lies

After the Rittenhouse verdict was in, The Independent ran a headline that read: “Teenager who shot three black men with rifle found not guilty on all charges.”

Who edits and allows such calumniation?

The British based media outlet had to quickly correct the headline once the backlash began. Independent journalist, Glenn Greenwald, reported that other false headlines like this ran in Brazil and in a Dutch publication.

It is crystal clear that news outlets from around the world make these major mistakes by relying on a large portion of the US media that repeatedly get the facts wrong.

Even the then Democratic presidential nominee and member of the D.C. Pinochle Club, Joseph Biden, jumped in on the fairy tale train. He tweeted out an ad that included Kyle Rittenhouse ‘s image. The clear implication was that then POTUS, Donald J. Trump, refused to disavow white supremacists. He also linked Rittenhouse to ‘extreme right-wing groups.’

Biden, now the sitting POTUS, has not apologized or walked back that ad or statement.

More Lies

MSNBC race bating, elitist, Harvard educated, and 7-figure drawing “Reid Out” host, Joy Reid, continued gaslighting the Rittenhouse verdict.

“This country was built on the idea that white men had a particular kind of freedom and a particular kind of citizenship that only they have, that gives, from the slave catchers on, the right to inflict violence in the name of protecting property.”

Jason Johnson, another talking head on MSNBC, was sitting in as a guest host for Reid when she made those fool headed comments via live feed video. He doubled down on the gaslighting.

“The first thing that occurred to me after this (Rittenhouse) ruling is, oh, well, okay, now it`s just open season. Like if I`m walking around and I`m a white nationalist, you know, coward little kid with an AR-15 and I see someone drive by with a Black Lives Matter bumper sticker and I feel threatened, I can open fire.” ~Jason Johnson on MSNBC’s “Reid Out“

In a wistful attempt at allegory, he clearly concocts a story that encompasses everything they have been spewing about Rittenhouse all along. A “coward little kid with an AR-15” who is also a “white nationalist” looking to “open fire” on someone driving by with a “Black Lives Matter bumper sticker.”

What farcical drivel this is! None of this is remotely reciprocal to what the trial proved.

Even More Lies

Further compounding the woke fiction, we witnessed an MSNBC employee and wannabe paparrazi member get caught running a red light while trailing the jury bus. This caused Judge Bruce Schroeder to give MSNBC a free ticket to ride departure from the courthouse proceedings for the remainder of the case.

These examples are but just a few snippets of how rabid the woke mob can be. They do not care about facts. Rushing to judgment to weave a narrative is their only motive.

Defamation Litigation To Come?

Kyle Rittenhouse has been smeared by the media, woke politicians, and leftist progressives in film and professional sports. Mantras have been shouted from behind the desks of “journalist” and then recapitulated through the cesspool of Twitter and other social media platforms.

With each passing day since the verdict was read, it becomes more evident that the liberal elites never watched or listened to the evidence and facts of the trial. Their lies and falsehoods are now forever etched in the transcripts of Case # 2020CF000983 in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Rittenhouse has every legitimate right to sue any card carrying member of the leftist elite for defamation and slander.

Will it be easy? Of course not. Nick Sandmann wrote an op-ed in the Daily Mail discussing the difficulties with such contention.

I wrote in my previous piece that “If there is a successful defense then you can bet that as sure as Kamala Harris avoids the border like the plague that Kyle Rittenhouse will end up a very wealthy adult.”

We now know a parcel of the rest of that story. The defense was successful. Harris has continued to avoid the US Southern border like the plague. Will Rittenhouse end up a very wealthy adult?

Only time and Kyle Rittenhouse will tell.

I personally hope that he destroys all who bore false witness against him.
