Why you ask?

 

Well, for the simple fact that 98% of the Hollywood elite haven’t a clue of why they are pounding their particular party drum.  They just know this:

 

Okay I will level with you, I made up the 98%. But in all honesty there is no way for us to gauge such information. The best subjective form of judging is to simply listen to these celebrities when they navigate out of their professional zone to lecture us peasants. They feel compelled to counsel us on precisely what we are to believe.

 

And don’t ask any questions. They will educate you further.  
“We’re rich and we know best. We’re the professionals.  Got that? Serf!”

 

 

In August of 2020 an interview, of then Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden now current POTUS, was completed. It was done by the longtime professional correspondent, award winning journalist, heavily touted editor, speech writer, and well published author Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar.

 

You may know her as Cardi B. 

 

Of course Cardi B has none of those credentials. But the Democratic Party sure plays to celebrities as if they do. 

 

I’m sorry!  Still not sure who Cardi B is? 

 

She has written such beautiful literary pieces of art in song.  Ditties like ‘Gangsta Bitch,’ ‘Cheap Ass Weave,’ ‘Leave That Bitch Alone,’ and the Walt Whitman-esque ‘WAP‘.

I bet you can’t wait to hear your 13 year old daughter singing that one. 

 

 

After several months of basement dwelling with his handlers not allowing him to come out to play, Joe Biden was finally granted free time in between breakfast and late morning shuffleboard.  His proprietors thought it best he perform a ‘political interview’.

 

It appears that Biden misunderstood.

Instead it was an ‘apolitical’ interview!

 

You would think that the ideal discourse after months of hibernation would be conducted with a seasoned journalist such as Chris Wallace, Brett Baier, Anderson Cooper, or even Jim Acosta (I’ll throw him a bone).

 

No, the winner went to Pulitzer Prize winning Cardi B. 

 

Sorry about that. The Pulitzer Prize bit is fake news! But she did get the nod to throw the softball questions to the then Presidential candidate representing the Democratic Party. 

 

The interview was done for Elle Magazine. After succumbing to the actual dialogue between the two political icons, it would be more accurate to say it was typical political pandering.

 

Joe Biden had not a clue Cardi B existed prior to this BLM basement conference.  His main concern was if the afternoon activity was going to be Yahtzee instead of Gin Rummy.  He gets tired of too much deadwood. 

 

But after this day he would become the biggest Cardi B fan this side of the home. 

 

The next time he is being chauffeured down the street for the 4 pm buffet at the Golden Coral he will be  jamming to ‘WAP’. 

 

Did they even talk politics?  Kind of I guess!  Cardi B brought up the usual talking points dispatched by DNC headquarters.  You know all of the essentials with FREE in front of them. 

 

No, wait a minute! She’s not about to go that far with the HER music.  That’s too radical! 

 

Of course she couldn’t get through the exclusive interview without virtue signaling and stirring up the never ending race debate.

 

 She said that black people are just “asking for equality,” fairness, and justice. “That is all.”

 

“I feel like everything people are asking for is getting interpreted in a very different way. No, it’s simple: We just want justice. We want to feel like Americans.” 

 

Cardi B is worth 24 MILLION DOLLARS!

 

 

It didn’t take long for the black conservative female podcast host, Candace Owens to call out Cardi B.  She done so during an interview with the Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro. (**Candace is now employed by the Daily Wire.) After a back and forth twitter battle, the WAP writer, former stripper, and rapper retreated to her dancing pole and tapped out. She deleted her tweets.

 

Cardi B was clearly out over her ski’s. Here is the tweet Owens sent out shortly after the battle was over and the smoke was looming. 

 

 

Pretending that Cardi B is a political dynamo is ignorant at best. You can say the same about a host of others like Jimmy Kimmel, Alyssa Milano, Whoopi Goldberg, Lebron James, and Joy Behar. This is by no means an exhaustive list but if you follow politics at all and have an honest bone in your body then you know what I mean.

 

Let’s be real.  Cardi B is not a political science cerebral luminary. She is a stripper turned rap music pornographer. She’s a Larry Flint not a Margaret Thatcher.

 

Hollywood celebrities and professional athletes, for the most part, are not thought leaders.  They are apprentices to the DNC repeating mantras, kneeling for the national anthem, and clapping with one hand. Hear that?

 

There are few that have coherent cogent thoughts regarding politics.  Even though I disagree with almost everything he says, Bill Maher is one of them.  Other reputable celebrities would include Mike Rowe, James Woods, Scott Baio, and Dean Cain.

 

In America, we have placed fame as the most important qualification for leadership.  Tragically, this has bled over into the political realm. These things should not be so.

 

Just when we thought the farrago couldn’t get worse. The rapper turned aspiring journalist morphed into a health education specialist.  She released a series of profanity-laced videos educating women on the importance of a ‘WAP’ as opposed to a ‘DAP’.

 

Again I placed a link instead of regurgitating the vulgarity and nonsense. And it is nonsense!

 

It certainly should not be the color of ones skin that hinders them from being a political thought leader.  It also shouldn’t be their gender. But they should be able to express some competence.

 

This is why we should be saying to the stripper turned rapper turned journalist turned health education specialist turned political science shepherd…
